    Delete Your Account

    We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find information about how to delete your Alveon account and what happens to your data.

    How to Delete Your Account

    1. Open the Alveon app on your device.
    2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation).
    3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
    4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

    What Data Will Be Deleted

    When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days:

    • Your account profile (email, name, preferences)
    • All transaction records (expenses and income)
    • Financial goals and savings data
    • Budget settings and categories
    • Recurring transaction templates
    • AI chat history
    • Push notification settings and tokens

    Data We May Retain

    In accordance with legal obligations, we may retain:

    • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
    • Records required by applicable tax or financial regulations
    • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

    Active Subscriptions

    Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

    Deletion Timeline

    Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. All associated data will be fully purged from our servers within 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or recover your account.

    This Action Is Irreversible

    Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export any data you need before proceeding with deletion.
