By accessing and using Alveon Financial Tracker ("Alveon", "Service", "Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Alveon is a personal financial tracking application that helps users manage their income, expenses, budgets, and financial goals. The Service is available through:

• Telegram Bot
• Web Application (app.alveon.app)
• Mobile Applications (iOS and Android)

3.1 Account Creation

To use Alveon, you must create an account by:

• Signing up with email and password
• Using Google OAuth authentication
• Using Telegram authentication

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without authorization

All content, features, and functionality of Alveon (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by Alveon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the financial data you input into Alveon. You can export and delete your data at any time.

7.1 Free and Premium Plans

Alveon offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Basic financial tracking features
• Premium Plans: Advanced features including AI chat, unlimited goals, and priority support

7.2 Payment Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

8.1 Service Availability

Alveon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Alveon does NOT provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

The Service is a tool for tracking and organizing your financial data. You should consult with qualified professionals for financial advice.

8.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all features (such as AI-powered categorization) will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying your financial data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alveon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
